Basically, it is an awareness program under the assistance of Government of India.
In association with government of Orissa and Traffic Police of Rourkela Steel City, we have organized a number of Awareness Program in the periphery of Rourkela Municipality area.
We do believe apart from the respective Government Departments and the Traffic Agents, the people at their own have to support or extend their assistance towards controlling the traffic.
In this regard with a sole objective of SAFE DRIVE we are organizing with the city dwellers, School & College Students to make people aware about the Traffic Rules. At the same time the
Organization organizing Awareness Programs in public places, Schools Collages Bus Stands Railway Stations and our Volunteers also participated in Street Play on the issue of Road Accident.
Wall Writing and publishing books & Leaflets are taking place on the said program.

AGRICULTURE
Implement the programme “Special programme for promotion of Millets in tribal areas” under Shre Anna Abhiyan,
Department of Agriculture, Govt. Odisha in Subdega Block of Sundergarh district. More than 1000 farmers were covered and 500 hac. of were
cultivated Millets in 46 villages of 12 Gram panchayats of Subdega Block in 2024/25. Creating awareness among the people on cultivation and consumption
of Millets including processing and value addition of Millets. Also, aware the people regarding Millet food and its nutrient value.
Crop Diversification project (CDP-MLIP) implemented in the Bisra blocks of Sundergarh district. Under this project 17 villages covered in 3-Gram
panchayats of Bisra block and 1500 hac. Were covered under non paddy crops.

SELF-HELP GROUP PERFORMANCE OF 1400 SHG’S.
As the women folk are the main stake holders of our action intervention so SHG’s performance are the main thrust and area of our activities.
In order to upgrade the number of SHG’s and its activities, this fiscal year almost 1400 SHG’s in our target area are in existence along with
outreach area with all their action.
As we know that Economic self-reliance, confidence building through income generations, economic participation in family consumption is the
main motto to get / restore respect in the family, not merely as dependant members. As a result, one woman can raise their voices against all
injustices. With this mission using micro credit as a tool, women are engage in SHG to get credit access and invest in small enterprise business,
agriculture, goat rearing, poultry, pig farming etc. This self employment programme has built the women more entrepreneurs and self reliant.
During the 2022-23 around 1400 SHG’s are also engaged in vocational skill training and management of their groups. This training are not only
engaged in the activities in their groups but also they raised their income which ultimately build their source of sustenance to uplift their
livelihood pattern. The group members are participating in Gram-Sabhas, decision making process, communicating with local service providing authorities
and advocating for the access to govt. scheme and services.

LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM
Our ultimate goal is to secure the livelihood of the family for their betterment of lifestyle. In order to uplift their
livelihood we are imparting training through LEDP program of NABARD to make the rural women self-reliant through small training program in Nuagawn block
of Sudergarh district we have organized 3 units of training phase on dal processing at Bisra village. During this 3 phase of training several women have
undergone an intensive capacity building session on dal processing and now they are engaged themselves in their family for preparing the dal and they
selling it in the local market to increase their income.

MEDP
This program is run under the spport of NABARD, Govt. of India. Through this programme variety of trade based training was
imparted to different women of the self –help group in Kolabira village of Jhursuguda District. Here the women are undergone on training on dress designing
with a value addition of local craft technology. Basically from this program the young women are being engaged themselves with this trade as a self employment
entrepreneur. Masala Papad and Pickle making was also one of the trade under this program and number of self-help group members were undergone through this training.

BEAUTICIAN THERAPIST
Under this program the young women were undergone an intensive training program at Kurmunda area of Suidergarh. The beauty-therapist or beautician
course is one of the demandable trade by the women which we observe during feasibility study of the training. A skilled and experienced beautician imparted this training to those
women those who are in need and after successful completion of the training now the incumbents are engaged themselves either under employment or some of them become self employed.

DOLL MAKING
This trade was organized in Rajgangpur of Sudergarh during the year. After completion of the training the women are now in the process to make doll and
ready to sell in open market and before that they displayed the demonstration centre in the local hut and mela in the district of Sudergarh.
The aforesaid trade are relevant under the scheme of MEDP, NABARD for the rural and tribal women of Sudergarh District to make them self reliant.

SOCIAL FORESTRY
During the year initially we have surveyed for the promotion of plantation in the district of Sundergar. As we know that Global warming and climate change
is one of the major issues in the world today. Apart from Carbon emission around the world deforestation is also associated with the climate change. So we have decided for the social
forestry and make the people understand about the merits of the plantation. In this regard seeds and seedlings are also distributed in each and every family of our target communities.
In addition to that plantation program in the vacant land was also organized in the nuagawn block of Sundergarh district.

TAILORING & COMPUTER TRAINING PROGRAM
With a view to make the young people specially the young women to become self reliant which can lead them to earn for their livelihood. In this regard
a training camp was organized for tailoring in 4 blocks of Bisra, Naugawn, Kurmunda and lathikata. Altogether 300 participants were undergone an extensive training and as a result
majority of them are now engaged either any employment in the tailoring house of adjoining areas in the city of Rourkela or some are initiated their own business in front of their
house. On the other hand around 200 youth were imparted a basic training on computer program in Rajgangpur and Kutra block of Sudergarh.

CAMPAIGN PROGRAM
Social campaign is one of the major program along with our activities. A variety of social and contemporary issues are the major components of the program.
The eradication of child labour, child marriages, social superstations, racial discrimination, upper threat are the major issues of the campaign program. This program was organized in
the 100 villages of the district under the support of Kailash Sarathi Foundation.

EDUCATION
It is a continuous programme of the organization beginning from its inception. During the establishment of our organization we had a goal to educate each and every children particularly the girl child in our project area. Till date we have been primary educate to hundreds of tribal and dalit children and referred them to the high school in the neighboring area. We also organizing several programmes particularly in Gurundia block like programmes, Sishu Utsab , SMC management programme, Teacher network progamme, Programme on quality education, block level orientation programme for teachers, formation of education watch forum in different panchayet’s, TLM training programme and also organizing the parent teacher meeting under the limelight of this noble activities.

STRENGTHENING INFORMATION
It has been observed that policies instituted for the betterment of the common people rarely reach those who are most needy to them. Information trickles
down and often becomes distorted by the time it reaches the people at the grassroots level. ADARSA, therefore, invests time to build awareness within the local community with regard to
the people’s rights and entitlements. It also facilitates access to those rights and helps submit grievances when the entitlements are not met. In the last year, we have facilitated

YOGA CAMP
Every year we organize yoga camp in every panchayet and villages. Apart from that we also are organizing yoga camp in each and every villages in every month to make people aware on the benefits of yoga and how to protect themselves from disease without taking any medicines.

DAY OBSERVENCE
Every year the organization organizes a number of day observance like Independence Day, Republic Day, International Environment Day, Women’s Day, and Children’s Day etc. From Adarsa office to different villages our staff and volunteers were observed the day of celebrations and many of the eminent people with the villagers and SHG members were participated and shared their views on those particular days.
