FUTURE ASPIRATION

ADARSA is working for the uplift of underprivileged communities since over a decade. While intervening our different social development projects we observed that the youth are very vulnerable. In our project area number of youth is suffering with unemployment and food insecurity despite of their existing skill and knowledge. Many of them are early school leavers and drop out candidate. Following this circumstances we are programming to make them self reliant through trade based vocational training according to their skill and knowledge, and we are sure that after their successful completion of the training they will either get employment or can initiate their own enterprises to become a self entrepreneur which will lead them a sustainable life with dignity.

On the other hand agriculture is major occupation among our target populace. So in the coming years we are trying to implement some agriculture based programme for the welfare of the community. We desire to introduce SRI cultivation among the small and marginal farmers, and also water shed management for agriculture so that they can produce double which will help them to secure their food security.

In this regard we have submitted different project proposals to different supporting agencies. Now already we have started it with very low profile but we are sure that in coming future we could be able to get assistance from any supporting agency from which the youth and the farmers could able to enhance their income towards their livelihood option. We also trying to upgrade our MIS from top to bottom and bottom to top approach and concrete documentation with digital retrieval are also our aspiration.
